Application:
CK6152 horizontal heavy duty cnc turning lathe machine are suitable for turning of complicated shaft,sleeve,disk type workpiece,interal and exteral cylindrical,conical,arc surface and various threads.
It's widespread application in the manufacture of auto car parts,wind power,military aerospace,motorcyles,electronic industry,optical instrument,clocks and special motors etc.
This lathe is integral type box structure,using high strandard cast iron(HT300) to finish molding casting in one
time,through second aging treatment,with good stablity.With big guide rail distance,rigidity is good and anti
vibration ablity is strong.The guide rail surface is dealt by high frequency hardending,ground precisely by guide rail grinding machine,proving long liftetime,high precision and good consistancy.The spindle box structure is of strong rigidity,inside the box using,automatic circular lubrication,getting transmisson system to operate flexibly and lower the temperature effectively.
